Sounds like a deal out of desperation, lol, but we’re all desperate so what. The treasury will get drained if we don’t do something.
My main question is:
What will be the wMEMO <-> Spell price? Don’t forget that wMEMO was 100k before all the liquidation/bad management came in. We’re all getting fucked, but least let’s have some fun.
Also, please fix the communication, seems like these projects are run by teenagers.

I want an option to liquidate my position at the cost I initially purchased TIME at. You want to convert WMEMO to SPELL? What will happen to the high APY and rebases?

I absolutely hate this idea, the only way it even begins to make sense is if there was a way to get people who bought time/memo at 5k, 6k, 7k, 8k, 9k, 10k, etc closer to even. There needs to be some sort of compensation for even bringing up such a ridiculous idea without benefit to long term holders who bought the top and stuck though all the dips only to be used as exit liquidity.

What’s the exchange rate SPELL/WMEMO ? if we calculate the exchange rate of 98B SPELL over 7644 wMEMO, the exchange rate would be 12820512.8205 SPELL per wMEMO, at current prices that’s $102564 per wMemo.

Wtf is this??? People invested money into Time/ Memo for the high APY. I myself 105,000 USD… and it has been all crashing… and what you taking away the 82000 APY??? Where it was meant to be the saviour of holding on… wtf

and the rest of us should be happy to gain Spell. It’s listed on all big CEX, Binnance, Crypto.com, Coinbase… Lot’s of potential.

That calculation is wrong. According to Sifu, there is 17250 wMemo in circulation:
"The primary token is wmemo which stopped being inflationary days ago, capped at approx 17250 tokens outside of the DAO. "
So the exchange rate would be about 5,681,159 SPELL per wMEMO.

This really has to get some explanation. The uncertainty of what was happening to the DEV’s actually encouraging leverage trading to getting liquidated multiple times. My trust in this project is at an ATL. It just seems shady that the protocol that has been fucking us since before Christmas is acquiring the whole treasury with it’s own tokens.

What will be the wMemo <-> Spell price? Backing was at 50k now the price is 32k. Are our tokens will valued at 32k or 50k or at 100k? This is the question you guys need to answer to get our support. I was dreaming of getting back to 100k then go further from there but now I am confused AF. I feel like my looses will be realized with this transition. I entered at 90k, lost more than half of my money and now I don’t know what my lost will be after all that.
I have been supporting Wonderland throughout every dip and I never thought that I would say that but right now what we need is trust. We need every little detail that what will happen to our wMemo. Are we going to loose value? Gain value?
We need these answers.

I have a huge issue with ETH. I want nothing to do with it. Do what you think its best, but don’t move the project to ETH.
Second of all, i see rush decisions taken everytime something happens. I see that the intentions are good, but come on guys, there are bad people out there, make the project unexploitable already. 81k APY its clearly not sustainable.
Can we just go back to the basics here and build on what works, eliminate what doesn’t work and so on?
