Making Wonderland more international

This is a splendid Idea, though should come after an overdue revamp of our english doc.

Automated translations are not 100% accurate and the docs are critical for newcomers so we should make sure they’re properly translated. Besides, it makes the project look better and development wise is not that much work (sorry wonderland web developer :upside_down_face: )

This is a beautiful suggestion. I believe it only requires the community to put together, and no DAO vote is necessary, as this sort of inclusive behavior should be inherent. This thread alone is a good place to start. So far, it seems like Italian, Portugese, German, Spanish, Dutch, Croatian, Serbian, and Romanian have been offered.

I would recommend you lead this effort and collaborate with those who offer to translate their languages in this thread by DMing them or posting your Discord, and creating a community-branch server for translators alike. This is a great way to strengthen community, meet new people, and look at new opportunities.

I support this initiative. While I only speak English, frogs are not just English speakers! In order to make this project more accessible, and thereby increasing the treasury balance, we need to incorporate as many languages as possible. Also would not hurt to have Twitter posts translated

Fair enough!
I’m here to help if Portuguese is one of the languages (although, I’m not a professional translator)

idioms? not sure but there maybe some confusion if idioms were to be used.

I am not a professional translator either, but I am quite good at French, so feel free to contact me if you need assistance!

I am glad to see support for this idea!

Give me a couple of days and I will put together a team strategy to organize the work!

This is a wonderful idea, once the English documentation has been fully updated.
I would suggest using an online (cloud-based) collaborative translation platform.
(i.e. Transifex, Weglot, TextUnited, POEditor, Smartcat etc).

I’ll be more than happy to assist in this endeavor and translate our English documentation into Greek.

Feel free to message me.

That is wonderful for Wonderland .

The translated languages could be placed directly in the Wonderland Home Page ( as a drop down option ) , like they have for Banks or Trading Firms.

I wanted to draw attention to the marketing Proposal in the RFC phase

Magnet Dao Magnet DAO | Revolutionizing early-stage investing was brought up as an example of a site to copy the format and adapt the content. I plan on drafting new site copy specific to wonderland that we can include in the Marketing Proposal. Having the support of the frogs of this thread to translate would accelerate our ability to launch new content at the time of a potential vote. Utilizing @Tasium 's suggestion, we should have a smooth multi-lingual, multi-chain launch as Wonderland 2.0

it’s a good idea for those who have difficulties to understand the English version of a difficult paper

Good day! I’m from Russia. There is no information in Russian at all, even on YouTube. I dealt with the project for more than one day before buying my first TIME. But I know for sure that many people will not spend so much time. Now I involve my friends and the whole process from the moment of purchase to staking takes 10 minutes under my strict guidance. It would be great to make a video in Russian with step-by-step instructions from the moment of purchase to staking with a demonstration on the screen. Such projects are new and the more people see how easy it is to go through the whole process, the more admirers of the project will appear at Wonderland.Hector is already working with Russian bloggers and I think they will attract quite a few clients in Russia.

One nice thing about this project is the community. Anybody (including you) can make guides in w/e language.

I know this is not what you are asking. However, given the limited ressources of the team to update the documentation in English itself, I suspect translation is not high on the list.

You could also approach a Russian blogger that you think might be interested in case they would want to do something.

Yes, I also believe multi-lang might definitely help with the exposure, making it like ā€œa place for the entire worldā€ to make money

I speak English & German natively so could help Bamchicka with the German translation. :frog: :+1:

need to chinese…
my English is basic…
